Refund policy
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the cases outlined below.
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at aarondjohnsonca@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at aarondjohnsonca@gmail.com with:
- A photo of the damaged item
- Your order number
We will arrange a replacement print at no cost to you.
Not Happy With Your Photo Choice? If you're not satisfied with the image you selected, we're happy to offer a one-time exchange for a different photo of equal or lesser value within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at aarondjohnsonca@gmail.com with your order number to arrange this. The customer is responsible for any difference in price and return shipping costs.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has typically begun and cancellations cannot be accommodated.
Please Note We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind (outside of the photo exchange offer above)
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Minor colour variations between screen and print (these are normal and expected)
